I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois and a licensed professional counselor in Texas; I am able to accept patients from either of those states. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions – my office is located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. I provide exploratory therapy to all of my patients and help them understand how different factors have contributed to their difficult thoughts, feelings, and memories. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and have used that with some of my patients to help reduce distress they feel about past adverse experiences and think differently about these events. I work best with adults who are in their early 20s through 50s.
