Favouring a trauma-informed person-centred approach, I draw from contextual behavioural science modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, I offer counselling support (Focused Psychological Strategies) under the Better Access to Mental Health initiative.
