I'm a licensed creative arts therapist (LCAT) and certified Havening practitioner in New York. I am able to provide in-person sessions in New York City and online sessions throughout New York state. I have personal familiarity with gender identity exploration and I have professional experience with gender dysphoria. I provide trauma-focused therapy that repairs the root causes and helps you identify genuine solutions. I prioritize brain health so that healing is as efficient and enjoyable as possible. My approach is creative and strategic, and informed by Internal Family Systems, psychoanalysis, social psychology and existential psychology. I have been a guest lecturer to social work students on effective strategies for working with children, and I currently supervise social workers and mental health counselors at the master's and doctorate level.
