I specialise in what I like to call "recovery from everything." Common issues I work with include abuse and traumatic events, substance use, religious trauma, workplace harassment, homophobia, and more. I use a present focused model to help women build practical coping skills. These skills are designed to reduce anxiety, manage stress, support better decision making, improve relationships, and help clients move toward a more fulfilling direction in life. I am based in Chicago and offer Walk and Talk Therapy on a limited basis, though most of my work is through telehealth. I am licensed as a clinical social worker in Illinois (LCSW) and Washington State (LICSW). I am also a certified Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington. Additionally, I am registered to provide telehealth in Florida and am licensed to practise in Idaho. I am open to working with clients from other countries, provided local regulations allow for services by a U.S.-based LCSW.
